We are Song Nguyen Automation Technology Joint Stock Company with head office address at 110/32/5 To Hieu, Phu Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, established the website songnguyen.vn and has been officially registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.
When you access our website, it means that you agree to these terms. The website has the right to change, edit, add or remove any part of these Terms of Sale, at any time. The changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website without prior notice. 5. Change or cancel transaction at Song Nguyen

6. Resolving the consequences of incorrect information input at Song Nguyen
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when participating in transactions at Song Nguyen. In case customers enter incorrect information and submit it to the Song Nguyen website, Song Nguyen has the right to refuse to perform the transaction. In addition, in all cases, customers have the right to unilaterally terminate the transaction if they have taken the following measures:

In case of incorrect information arising from Song Nguyen and Song Nguyen can prove that it is a system error or from a third party (wrong product price, wrong origin, …), Song Nguyen will compensate the customer with a discount code for the next purchases with a face value depending on each specific case and has the right not to perform the erroneous transaction.
7. Trademarks and Copyrights
All intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered), information content and all designs, texts, graphics, software, images, videos, music, sounds, software compilations, source codes and underlying software are our property. All content of the website is protected by Vietnamese copyright laws and international conventions. Copyrights are reserved.
For images that you provide to us, you are responsible for all copyright disputes and disputes for these images.
8. Legal rights
The terms, conditions and contents of this website are governed by Vietnamese law and the competent Court in Vietnam will resolve any disputes arising from the unauthorized use of this website.

10. Safe and convenient payment at Song Nguyen
Buyers can refer to the following payment methods and choose to apply the appropriate method:
Deposit in cash (or transfer) immediately after signing the contract equivalent to 50% of the order value.
Pay the remaining amount immediately after receiving all valid documents and goods.
For buyers from Song Nguyen, they must comply with the company’s payment policy.
11. Ensuring transaction safety at Song Nguyen
We use services to protect information about the content that sellers post products on Song Nguyen. To ensure that transactions are conducted successfully, minimizing risks that may arise.
12. Dispute resolution
Any controversy, complaint or dispute arising from or related to transactions at Song Nguyen or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by negotiation, conciliation, arbitration and/or Court in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection Chapter 4 on Dispute resolution between consumers and organizations and individuals trading in goods and services.
13. Law and jurisdiction in the territory of Vietnam
All of these Terms and Conditions and the Contract (and all obligations arising outside the contract or related thereto) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. If any dispute arises due to these Terms of Use, you have the right to submit a complaint/lawsuit to a competent Court in Vietnam for settlement.
