Job Title: Sales Administrator (Sales Admin)
Reports To: Director
Position Overview: The Sales Administrator will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales department. They will facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Support sales executives with solution-oriented approaches to customer needs.
– Manage and update CRM systems with accurate data.
– Coordinate and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
– Handle administrative duties for the team such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to correspondence.
– Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
– Assist in purchasing goods both local and over sea.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
– Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– A team player with high level of dedication.
– Ability to work under strict deadlines.
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administrationor relevant field.
