JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive Purchase Request from Sales department.
  • Looking for suppliers and send inquiries.
  • Coordinate with related departments to check the required ability of products.
  • Collect, compare offers and other necessary analysis (delivery schedule, technical document, origin concerned…) to supply the best quotation to sales
  • Negotiate price with local and overseas suppliers
  • Control PO issuing; Prepare P.O/ P.R and other related documents to submit for the Manager’s approval
  • Supporting accounting department in tracking, completing payment document.
  • To be responsible for all purchasing activities relating to sourcing, cost, quality and service for direct materials to meet the needs of company.
  • Control quality, cost and delivery; make sure to supply material, goods to other department on time with the best quality and best price; continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
  • Solving issues with supplier (warranty, returning goods) to meet production schedule.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing supplier.
  • Handle all import requirement & procedure, well know of HS code system.
  • Follow and save data/documents of Purchasing.
  • Others jobs upon request of Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduated from University major in economic, foreign trade or related.
  • Fluent in English skills
  • Fluent in internet search skill.
  • Fluent in MS Office especially Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Knowledge and understanding of purchasing process, policy, and systems
  • Good communication, presentation skills and making report skills
  • Negotiation skills, problem solving, communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good ability in negotiation with supplier
  • Able to work independently and team spirit
  • Careful, active, responsible.
