Tích hợp sẵn, giao diện hồi tiếp tốc độ và vị trí siêu linh hoạt hỗ trợ hầu hết các kỹ thuật hồi tiếp từ resolver đến encoder phân giải cao, bao gồm SinCos, EnDat, SSI, HIPERFACE and BiSS.
Sensorless
Biến tần Unidrive hỗ trợ điều khiển sensorless cho động cơ không đồng bộ, nam châm vĩnh cữu (PM), và động cơ nam châm vĩnh cữu (PM) lai, giúp giảm chi phí hệ thống và tăng độ tin cậy.
Hiệu suất cao và công suất cao
Với biến tần Unidrive thì không có xung đột giữa công suất và hiệu suất. Biến tần Unidrive hỗ trợ tần số switching cao cho toàn dải công suất.
Điều khiển
Hỗ trợ dải tần số switching điều khiển động cơ lên đến 16 kHz, cho động cơ không đồng bộ vòng hở và kín, servo và động cơ PM lai, cung cấp đến 3,000 Hz băng thông dòng điện vòng kín và 250 Hz băng thông tốc độ vòng kín. Biến tần Unidrive, với tốc độ đáp ứng cao thích hợp cho các ứng dụng có tần số ngõ ra cao trên 600 Hz như dao phay và ly tâm.
Đáp ứng hầu hết ứng dụng
Có một biến tần đa năng trong viêc điều khiển nhiều phần của ứng dụng cơ bản làm đơn giản việc thiết kế máy. Biến tần Unidrive cung cấp chức năng Safe Torque Off (STO), đạt tiêu chuẩn SIL3 / PLe, cung cấp một giải pháp gọn gàng hơn và tin cậy so với các khởi động từ truyền thống.
Tích hợp PLC
Tất cả dòng biến tần Unidrive M đều được tích hợp một PLC dễ sử dụng, có thể dùng lập trình những chương trình logic và IEC 61131-3 motion và các nhiệm vụ tuần tự theo thời gian thực.
Bộ điều khiển động cơ cao cấp
Dòng biến tần Unidrive M700 tích hợp bộ điều khiển Motion 1.5 trục cao cấp, cho phép chức năng motion được tiến hành đồng bộ trên biến tần với tốc độ vòng lặp 250 μs , giảm thiểu sai số hệ thống tích lũy và tối đa năng suất. Bằng cách thực hiện điều khiển motion trên biến tần, việc thiết kế hệ thống có thể được giải phóng khỏi sự phụ thuộc vào nhà cung cấp PLC chuyên dụng, đồng thời giảm sự tính toán trên PLC ngoài hoặc thậm chí có thể thay thế nó luôn.

MCi integrated machine controllers
Second processor for PLC programs and multi-axis control MCi modules add a powerful second processor to Unidrive M, extending the drive’s system and machine control capabilities to run application programs up to four times faster than a standard PLC. MCi programs can access and manage Unidrive M’s embedded Advanced Motion Controller across a wide range of networks, providing perfectly synchronised multi-axis machine performance.
The modules are powered from the drives internal power supply, which means less wiring and less physical space is required. They work seamlessly with external components such as I/O, HMIs and other networked drives through Unidrive M’s native communication ports and System Integration modules.
The MCi210 also provides two additional Ethernet ports with an internal network switch.
