Sales Admin

• Support sales executives with solution-oriented approaches to customer needs.
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate data.
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Handle administrative duties for the team such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
• Assist in purchasing goods both local and overseas.

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Proficient in English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team player with high level of dedication.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or relevant field.

• Income at 100% KPI achievement: 12–20 million VND
• Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
• Fixed salary not dependent on sales performance
