  1. Free Delivery:

Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City – Apply for orders valued at 10 million or more.

  1. Delivery of goods:

In addition to the free shipping, the remaining shipping fee will be charged according to the third carrier’s shipping schedule or company charges. This fee will be announced and confirmed to customer by the company before customer make the payment and the company proceeds to send the goods.

  1. Delivery time:

– For Ho Chi Minh city: 1-2 days

– For other provinces: depending on the distance of transportation

In some objective cases, the company may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, broken vehicles on the way of delivery, etc.

  1. Responsibility for Cargo:

– The company will be responsible for the goods and the risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transportation of goods from our warehouse to customer.

– Customer have the responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. When goods are found damaged or wrong goods, sign the status of goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department at the Hotline of the Company.

– After customer have signed the receipt without comment or comment on the goods. The company is not responsible for any claims for damages, wrong goods, … from customer later.

– If the shipping service is selected by customer, customer will be responsible for the goods and the risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transportation of goods from the company’s warehouse. to customer. The customer will be responsible for freight and related losses.

  1. Other conditions:

– If the address is not clear, or in dangerous places, hilly areas, transportation vehicles difficult to travel, we have the right to refuse transportation.

– In the event of force majeure, natural disaster, flood, bridge failure … We are not responsible for compensation arising from wrong delivery of goods or not transporting goods to the customer.

– If we have shipped to the place of delivery as agreed at the time of purchase, but for some reason customers request to return the goods, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

– On special days or festive days due to general traffic restrictions (forbidden road for some vehicles) the time of delivery may change, we will call the customer to confirm the delivery time.
